These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you and v9gam. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your v9gam account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time verification codes with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify v9gam immediately via the live chat support function.
v9gam is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of account holders before processing withdrawals. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when submitting their first withdrawal request.

Withdrawals require completed KYC verification before processing. For verified accounts, JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within one to three business days. v9gam does not guarantee specific processing times as delays can occur due to payment provider systems outside of v9gam's control.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been used to fund the account, or to a method verified as belonging to the account holder. v9gam reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals from accounts where bonus funds have been received are subject to bonus wagering requirements — the full bonus terms for each offer govern which portion of the balance is withdrawable at any given time.
v9gam does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. The full deposited or withdrawal-requested amount is processed without deduction by v9gam. Note that your payment provider (bank, mobile wallet) may apply its own transaction fees — these are outside v9gam's control and are the player's responsibility.
All bonus offers made available by v9gam are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In all cases, the specific offer terms take precedence over these general bonus terms where there is a conflict. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of each bonus offer before opting in.
Bonus funds credited to a player's account must be wagered a specified number of times before the bonus balance and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, contribution percentages, minimum odds (for sports bets), and time limits are all specified in each individual offer's terms. As a general guide, live casino table games typically contribute at a lower percentage towards wagering requirements than slot games — the specific percentages are published per offer.
v9gam monitors accounts for patterns that indicate bonus abuse. Prohibited behaviour includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk betting strategies (such as simultaneous opposite-outcome bets) to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; and colluding with other players to fulfill wagering requirements. v9gam reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts where bonus abuse is confirmed.
Bonus funds and free spins expire after the period stated in each offer's specific terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from a player's account. Wagering requirements that are not completed before bonus expiry will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed. Real money balance is never removed at bonus expiry — only the bonus balance component is affected.
All casino game outcomes on v9gam are determined either by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for computer-generated games, or by physical equipment operated by live dealers for live casino games. v9gam does not operate its own RNG software — all games are sourced from internationally licensed and independently audited providers. v9gam is not responsible for errors or faults in third-party game software, though v9gam will work with the relevant provider to resolve any confirmed game malfunction.
In the event of a verified game malfunction — including software errors, connectivity interruptions, or display errors that affect the presented odds or outcome of a game — v9gam reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant account. A game malfunction voids all pays and plays. Settlement of bets based on erroneous displayed information (such as an incorrect multiplier or odds figure caused by a technical error) is not binding on v9gam.
Sports bets are settled according to the official result published by the relevant governing body for each sport and competition. For cricket markets, including PSL fixtures, the official result as declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board or the relevant competition organiser governs settlement. v9gam reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation and to void markets in the event of match abandonment or other qualifying circumstances specified in the individual sport's betting rules.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on v9gam. Confirmation of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

Game content provided by third-party providers is subject to those providers' own intellectual property rights in addition to these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v9gam's total liability to any player arising from or related to their use of the platform — including from betting losses, technical malfunctions, or service interruptions — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

v9gam reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address on their account, or via an on-screen notification upon next login, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without advance notice.
Continued use of v9gam after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using v9gam and request account closure before the amendment effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which v9gam holds its international gaming licence.
